I'm looking for one too. I've checked out all the current one available (as of 10/2009) and none suit my needs. I just want to post one question and allow the user to type in any answer they want. It will be validated against the correct answer and let them know if they are right or not.

For example:
What is 4 + 4?

They can type in any answer. If their answer is not 16 then it tells them they're wrong. If they type in 16 then it tells them they're correct.

It needs to be flexible enough to allow multiple questions or just one question.

Anyone know of anything like that?

Jeez 50 bones for one stick is crazy. The most expensive cigar I have had was the Padron 80th for around 32 bones and I thought that was crazy. Anyway, good review and great site...two thumbs up.

by the way the carlin joke made me laugh lol he would have went phsyco with that one.

I found your site as I was looking for Dr Badlani's number. Ironically I felt the need to contest your opinion here. In my experience of 12 years of doctors, Dr Badlani is the by far the best I have met. He is straight forward and honest. He doesn't sugar coat it for anyone. He cares about my long term health rather than short term solution. Yea he yells at me too! But you know what, everytime I come out of his office, I am more in control of my health than I had ever been with any of the other doctors I had met. He makes it a point to point out what I am doing wrong, and tells me what I need to do to correct my situation. Initially, I felt hurt, but later when I followed his suggestions I saw drastic changes in my results. As far as waiting, 15 minutes is nothing to wait, when you compare it to other doctors. You need to rethink again what you wrote and perhaps retract this post for he is the most courteous doctor I have run across ever. I would not even think about changing him! YOU ARE SO WRONG!

Just a quick comment to let you know you're not alone. Like Andrew, I have had Badlani as my primary for about the last ten years. I realize that not all patients relate to every doctor in the same way, but I truly liked him at first. I acknowledged that he was a little unorthodox, but it never really bothered me. As the years have gone on, however, he has become less and less interested, especially lately.

As Julie mentioned, it is a doctor's job to "scold" us regarding our medical history, but the last time I saw him in his office, he told me that my cholesterol levels made me a "ticking time bomb" adding, and I quote, "I don't know why I bother trying to make you better". Comments like that are totally inappropriate and unprofessional. He seems to be losing his patience and empathy.

After 2 months of a strict cholesterol regimen, I called three times for results to the followup cholesterol blood test and he never returned a single call, so I can only assume that he did stop trying to make me better.

He has gotten to the point where I consider him uncaring, unfeeling, and unprofessional. Obviously, I have changed doctors.

Thank you so much for your immature response to Andrew's comment. It clears up so much. I have been seeing Ravi Badlani since 2002 when I was referred to him by an ER doctor when I said I didn't like my current doc. It was the best decision I've made. I was stunned when I read your blog, but your response puts it into focus. I'm sorry you are having issues in your life but your rant is ridiculous. In most cases when the doctor is late it's because he is tending to a very sick patient in the hospital (where his office is located). Scolding you, as you put it, about your medical history is their job. A doctor who didn't acknowledge these facts would be negligent. And I agree with Andrew, some of this story seems to be left out..you must have shown the same disrespect and lack of self control you did in your response to warrant him asking you to leave. I'm sure he had other patients who actually wanted his help.

He's been my primary doctor for probably four or five years now and I've had nothing but courteous, positive experiences with him.

The fact that Al Gore FLEW around the world ranting on about his 'Inconvenient Truth' told em everything I needed to know about him.

As for vague and hazy statements, politicians are expert at saying a lot, without actually saying anything at all. They are also renouned for not allowing themselves to be pinned down, ala Gore in his statement.

The best line I ever heard was by a british politician who is in the Liberal Party -
"I am neither for it, nor aganst it."

OK, a fence sitter then. Great leader you would be.

The one (and only) thing I can give Dub-Ya credit for is being decisive. Not that he could spell it, say it or know what it means.

Congratulations Chicago on becoming a finalist for the 2016 Olympics.

I know how excited we were in the UK to be a finalist for 2012, and when we were announced as the winners the whole country had a party.

There are also similar concerns about the transport in London for the 2012 games, but no matter what, just put on the best games ever as we are going to do.
